The team:
A total of 9 people, the team is composed of

• four plant drivers also acting as installation operators, responsible for team work production and your load
• A weighbridge operator weighing the loads and responsible for the delivery logistics
• A quality manager, responsible for product quality and follow-up
• A director, centralising the purchases, production, quality and sales relations
• A company manager coordinating this busy team

The plant:
An earthwork team supplies the plant with raw sand. It then screens, washes and sorts the various materials such as sand, gravel, concrete mix, etc. For a more comprehensive range, we can also divert some of the production into an 80 kW rotary crusher to obtain semi-crushed products. The main components are:

• 3 x 10 m² screens
• 1 washer tube 2.4 m x 8 m
• 2 dust scrubbers
• 1 rotary crusher
• 1 washing water flocculator/concentrator
• 6 circulation pumps, diameter 300 mm to 750 mm

Quality control:
To guarantee constant aggregates matching your requirements as closely as possible, an in-house laboratory analyses the production outputs every day. Equipped with the instruments required to calculate the granulometries, sand equivalents and methylene blue values, our quality manager performs the tests, monitoring and traceability of our production.


Plant:
Our two 4 m3 wheeled loaders are used every day. One is dedicated to clayey materials and inert backfill, the other to washed materials. With these two loaders, we can ship more than 2500 tonnes of products per day:

• One 260 HP Liebherr 580 loader
• One 200 HP Volvo L150 loader

Weighbridge:
Materials are weighed on an 18 m long electronic weighbridge of capacity of 50 t. Connected by computer link to the accounts department, we can track your work sites by day, by site, by team or by product.


Services:
To provide a complete service, we can also offer to take charge of the logistics, placing our network of carriers at your disposal for all deliveries of more than 15 t.
